Questionnaire
Step 1 – Questionnaire (wishes and ideas)
When you request a quote or contact me, I will first send you an questionnaire. This gives me an idea of what the purpose of the website is, what your industry, target group, etc. is and whether you already have ideas about how the website should look like. After analyzing the questionnaire I will send you an final quote. If you accept, I will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Planning
Step 2 – 1st meeting
We have the first meeting. This can be on location, via zoom or by phone. Now we delve into the questionnaire and brainstorm together on the structure and content of the website. We also discuss the further plan of action and a possible deadline.
Design
Step 3 – Website & logo design
I create a number of designs for the website design. Depending on the complexity of the website, I first create a wireframe. If necessary, I also design a logo at this stage. You provide as much material as possible (images and text). When this is finished, we schedule another meeting.
Step 4 – 2nd meeting
In the second meeting, I present the designs I have created. You decide with which design we will proceed. Any adjustments are best made at this stage.

Development
Step 5 – Website building
I get to work developing the website in WordPress. If the website is new I provide a domain and hosting (costs are for the client) and a ssl certificate (security) and email addresses. If the website already exists, you provide the necessary information.
During the building of the website we stay in touch, should problems or questions arise. You’ll have direct access to me throughout the project, ensuring that your ideas and feedback are heard every step of the way.
Step 6 – 3rd meeting
The website is now mostly built and we have a final conversation. The last things can still be addressed.
Completion & Maintenance
Stap 7 – Finishing touches
I finish the website, and the website is ready for launch! You also get a guide on how to manage the website.
Step 8 – Maintenance
A website needs to be maintained. In the all-in-one package and webshop package one month of free maintenance is included, which means that after the delivery of the website you can still come to me with all your questions, and that I will take care of weekly updates of WordPress, plugins and themes, a weekly backup of your website, technical support and minor adjustments to the website. If you want to continue this after this, you can get a maintenance subscription. It is very important to keep the website up-to-date!
